1. Let the production-related personnel know that there can be no color difference, let them analyze the causes and countermeasures, and check and control during the production process.

2. 4. There must be samples of standard colors. Every time the machine is turned on, take samples and compare the samples. Only when there is no problem can you start making products. The same is true for downtime transitions. During the production process, we should pay attention to observe the color changes, deal with the problems in time, and cut off the problematic ones. The position where the color masterbatch is added should be cleaned up to prevent debris from falling into the machine and blocking it. Products with different colors of the two dies will also be rejected.

5. The color difference can be seen from the side of the big roll that has just come down, so it is necessary to check and analyze the problem. If I look at the color difference from the side, I will refuse to accept the goods, tell the production and quality management personnel, something goes wrong and we will make a claim.

6. Add 2% khaki masterbatch, the parameter on the equipment screen is 7, the same parameter is guaranteed for the next production, and must not be changed.

7. The recycling input of scrap material, the two extruders should be the same, and the scrap material produced by this product should be added.

8. Standard sample cloth should be required at the production site.
