The main packaging methods of non-woven fabrics
The packaging methods of medical devices and dressings include closure and sealing. Closing refers to the method of closing the package by repeated folding to form a curved path to prevent the entry of microorganisms; sealing refers to the method of sealing and connecting the packaging layers by means of heat fusion.
The cotton, non-woven, crepe paper packaging is closed packaging, and there are two packaging methods: envelope folding and square folding.
Fold the envelope
Place the packing material in a rectangle on the workbench. Place the item to be packaged in the center of the material;
fold down the top wrapping material to cover the lower half of the item, then fold back to form a flap;
fold the bottom wrapping The material edge is folded over the top half of the item, then folded back to form a flap that overlaps the previous;
Fold the right corner of the package over the item, then fold back to form a flap;< /p>
Fold the top corner of the package over the item and roll the flap into the previous left and right flaps, leaving a small tab visible for opening in a sterile environment;
Pack the second layer in the same way, and seal the package with two strips of sterilization indicator tape;
Square fold
Place the packaging material on the workbench in a rectangular shape. Place the item to be packaged in the center of the material;
fold down the top wrapping material to cover the lower half of the item, then fold back to form a flap;
fold the bottom wrapping The material edge is folded over the top half of the item, then folded back to form a flap that overlaps the previous;
Fold the left wrap over the wrap, then fold back to form a flap;
Fold the right package over the package, overlapping the previous fold to form a flat package;
Wrap the second layer in the same way, sealing the package with sterilization indicator tape;< /p>
